$249 per website
We create a spreadsheet of recommendations and offer resources so you can do it yourself. Perfect for those on a budget who may have some technical ability if given the right tools and resources.
We can also offer hourly consultations at a rate of $95 per hour upon request.
Schedule Your Service
Once you schedule your service we will do a quick site review to determine if you do in fact really need our complete services. If you request a mini service package we will just get started!
We Get Analyzing
Once our review is done and we know you can benefit from our help we get started by running your website through various tools to see where your speed blocks are.
We Start Improving
We do a full backup and then will do everything we can to speed up your website from plugin removal to simple code edits and image compression and so much more.
Delivering Your Results
Our goal for any site is 3 seconds or less for initial page load and in the 80s for Google Page Speed Insights. You will receive a final report to review so you can see what was done!
Get Your Speed On!

Most sites are completed within 3 business days
We Know You Have Questions – Here Are The Answers!
Does every website need speed services?
Nope – and we will not take your website on if it does not need our help. If we see some simple things in our review that we feel you can do – we will send you an email and let you know how to address it so you can do it yourself!
Do you just install a plugin to increase my speed?
Absolutely not! This process is a combination of code edits, plugin removals, possibly plugins and more. On average it takes about 5 hours to complete a full speed implementation and review – not including the move of your website to a test server!
What is the difference between your Complete and Mini options?
The Complete and Mini both have a full review of your websites and an outline of the work that is needed to speed up your website. With the Custom package we make the edits for you – with the Mini you will be provided a Google sheet with the recommendations and resources for implementing.
Post Speed Service Support
Once your website is delivered and proof is provided that we have improved your speed – the service is then complete. Any additional questions or concerns would be additional consulting and will be billed at a rate of $95 per hour.
What can I expect to have done on my website with your site speed services?
Below is a list of the most common items we address when doing site speed services.
1. Use Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed Insights and WebPageSpeed Test to get a baseline.
2. Backup your existing website
3. Analyze plugins for any that are causing excessive load and remove or replace them after getting your approval
4. Adding any necessary code or plugins to help with caching, lazy loading, asyncing and more
5. Remove query strings and unused code and scripts
6. Implement various caching
7. Update server to latest PHP version if needed
8. ….and so much more.
Every site is different in their requirements so we adjust based on your unique needs and environment.
Will my site break after this is done?
We will work on your site on a development server then migrate the changes to your live website to minimize impact. With that said – “sometimes” we may see an issue because the hosting environments for the development site and your live site may be different but we will of course address the issue asap!
We rarely see issues with our site speed services – but if it does happen, we will make it right.
How long will you take to get my website done?
It depends on how many service requests are in queue but typically you can expect your website to be completed within 3 business days.
How fast can I expect my website to be after your service is done?
Typically we aim for 3 seconds or less for initial page load. This is where it gets confusing – because we only care about what it takes to load the site for the user to see your images, content and design – other files may be loaded AFTER that 3 seconds but those are files that are not relevant to the full user experience. We care about the time it takes for a user to be able to visually interact with our website NOT your COMPLETE load time!
While we may not be able to get to 3 seconds on every site, we do guarantee results that will greatly benefit you.
Will my Google PageSpeed Insights Score be 100?
No guarantees – and we do not care about that metric. Please read this post about why Google PageSpeed is not a good way to determine your page speed. While we will of course test and make as many improvements we can – we do not aim for a specific number with this tool and neither should you.
What if I am on GoDaddy or Bluehost or a host that may not be considered “good”?
If you are on a host that we typically find to have slow delivery times (called Time To First Byte (TTFB) – we will recommend you move hosts before we even do the site speed service. If you want to stay on your host even after we recommend you move we will still do the services but please understand we will be limited by the host as to how fast we can get your website to load.
What if I host with WpEngine, Flywheel or some other managed hosting?
We can still work on your website but there are some limitations with these types of hosting in terms of what we can do and plugins we may want to include.
Can you increase my site speed if I am using an ad network?
Yes and no. I know – not the answer you want, but it is the honest one. Some ad networks lazy load their ads like Mediavine (you should check your settings for this!) – others do not.
But improving your website as a whole should help the perceived speed even with ads be faster so it is still work completing the site speed process.
My friend said to try something but it did not work to increase my speed – why?
We give every site speed a client an overview of what we have done on their website to improve their site speed. Sometimes they give that to friends to help – but the friend does not get the same results. This is because EVERY SITE IS DIFFERENT!
From how a website was built – to the theme – to the plugins – to how your images are compressed. Please do not compare your website to another.
